This marks the eighth consecutive year we've been awarded a position on HRO Today's annual list.

The HRO Baker’s Dozen

HRO Today is a prominent online resource that covers important Human Resources topics. Every year, they run a survey to identify the top 13 Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) in the nation. The winners are exclusively chosen based on input from actual clients who work directly with a CRA.

People who respond to the survey answer forty questions about their level of satisfaction with a CRA’s products, service and overall performance. Participants are asked to provide fair, unbiased feedback. The survey is available for a few weeks and then the results are calculated to determine the top 13 background check providers in the aforementioned categories.
