When you order a background check, you’re presented with the options to provide the candidate’s information to us directly or choose to have us collect it on your behalf. Along with a refreshed design and improved layout, we've introduced several enhancements to make the experience simpler.

Enhancements For You

When you provide candidate details directly to us, the updated format creates a more streamlined experience. Whether you’re entering the candidate's information, employment or education history, or position-specific details, the forms are easier to complete while helping improve accuracy. A progress tracker also keeps you informed on your completion status, so you’ll always know what’s left and can better manage your time.

Candidate Improvements

Much like on the employer side, fields throughout the process have been improved for easier and more accurate data entry throughout. Additionally, the steps in which the candidate are lead have been refined and tailored to the content requested from them. Additional new features include:

• A new geo-location address look-up to prevent data entry errors.
• A section dedicated to providing previous or other name variants.
• A section designated to requesting previous addresses.
• Progress tracking and a save + exit option if more time is needed.

Our Applicant Portal remains an excellent method to encourage communication with our team if additional forms, clarification or more are required post-submission. The Applicant Self-Submittal link serves as an easy way for candidates to access the portal to check status, upload documents or converse with us at any time, saving you time and effort in relaying data between parties.
