About the Baker’s Dozen

The Baker’s Dozen is an acclaimed event in which Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) ask clients to review their products and services. It is overseen by the highly regarded organization HRO Today as an opportunity to highlight CRAs that excel in their industry and continuously earn the honor of serving their clients.

To qualify for the Baker’s Dozen, CRAs invite their clients to complete a 40-question survey which evaluates their level of satisfaction in three core categories: breadth of service, size of deal, and quality of service. Only individuals who have worked directly with each CRA are permitted to complete the survey. This results in a fair, accurate grade for each provider of consumer reports.
