However, sometimes we require additional details, documents or other resources. This can slow things down if our team must contact your candidate via phone or email to obtain the necessary information required to proceed. The new Applicant Portal offers a secure, seamless resolution to these time-consuming scenarios and centralizes communication between us and your candidate.

How it Works

Depending on the contents of a background check, we may require specialized forms to authorize services like a motor vehicle search, drug screening or international criminal search. In some cases, we might need corrected data, which happens if someone mistypes basic details like a Date of Birth, Social Security Number or Driver’s License Number. As soon as our team identifies something is missing or incorrect, the Applicant Portal allows us to quickly send your candidate a secure link via email and/or SMS which they can use to provide us with the forms or information we need to proceed.

Within the Applicant Portal, a candidate has the ability to:
