At Backgrounds Online, we are grateful for the opportunity to help our amazing clients make informed decisions and build strong teams.
In 2022, we all started to figure out a new sense of normal. Many people returned to the office, at least on a part-time basis, while others decided they preferred to work from home. Organizations throughout the country looked for new employees who could be a big part of their ongoing success. This wasn’t always easy, especially as the Great Resignation became more of a cultural phenomenon, but we are proud to have helped so many amazing businesses find and hire qualified candidates.
We also helped customers complete their due diligence requirements by providing annual background checks. This is a simple process in which employers re-screen every member of their staff each year. It is done to show hiring managers if someone who represents them:

Thanks to feedback that was submitted by so many of our wonderful customers; we were named a top background check provider on the prestigious HRO Today Baker’s Dozen List. Each year, HRO Today creates a survey that asks employers to share their opinions about their background check provider, the products they supply and the level of service they offer. We are humbled to have received such a large and positive response!

We’re proud of where we are right now but will continue to work hard to become even better. We’ve got some amazing things planned for the coming year to help accelerate and improve our client’s hiring efforts even more.
